Terms of Service

Last updated: April 26, 2026

1. Using CouponsJet

You can use CouponsJet to find and apply coupon codes for personal shopping. You can't scrape, mass-download, or repackage our listings without written permission. You can't use the site to harass other users (including via "Did it work?" votes) or submit codes you don't have the right to share.

2. Submitted content

When you submit a coupon, you grant us a non-exclusive license to publish, edit, and translate it. You confirm you have the right to share it. We may reject or remove submissions for any reason; we don't commit to publishing every submission.

3. No guarantees on codes

We verify codes carefully but stores can change or revoke promotions at any moment. A code that worked an hour ago may fail at checkout. CouponsJet is not liable for missed discounts, expired codes, or pricing errors at the destination store. The "success rate" pill is a best estimate based on real user feedback — treat it as a signal, not a promise.

4. Affiliate links

Many outbound links earn us a commission. Read our affiliate disclosure for the details. Your purchase price is the same whether you use our link or not.

5. Trademarks

Store names, logos, and images on CouponsJet belong to their respective owners. We use them under nominative fair-use to identify the stores we cover. If you're a rightsholder and want a logo or mention removed, email legal@couponsjet.com.

6. Account suspension

We may suspend or remove access (subscriptions, saved codes, submission privileges) for users who abuse the platform — vote-stuffing, spam submissions, scraping, etc.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, CouponsJet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Your sole remedy if you disagree with these terms is to stop using the site.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

9. Changes

When we change these terms, the "Last updated" date above changes. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
